Production Capacity：
The company has two production bases and an R&D testing center, with a more than 20,000 square meters construction area. The main factory has successively introduced 17 high-performance twin-screw extrusion production lines, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons.
The company has introduced many advanced and professional production and testing equipment such as high-speed, high-torque twin-screw extruders, automatic weighing systems, underwater pelletizing systems, and automatic packaging systems. We are providing a solid hardware foundation for better production of high-quality products.
Experiment and testing equipment：
The company has domestic first-class precision testing devices, including plastic mechanical properties, environmental testing, Mooney viscosity, hardness, color, flow properties, thermal properties, density, moisture, material analysis, and many other advanced international testing and analysis devices.

The patent application covers the company’s inventions, prevents the loss of scientific research results and the plagiarism of competitors, and achieves technology proprietary within a specific range, guaranteeing the company’s market position and enabling the company to obtain more significant economic benefits. The company has received more than 30 patents successively. The products are ahead of other domestic manufacturers and have won unanimous customer praise.

The company successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2004, the IATF16949 certification in 2013, and the safety production standardization certification of the national safety supervision agency in the same year. In 2017, the company successfully obtained the high-tech enterprise certification.
