Compatibilizer Series
Compatibilizer is a new type of functional plastic additive, also called macromolecular coupling agent, macromolecular organic polymer compatibilizer. The compatibilizer improves the drawbacks of poor compatibility of most polymers when blending. Adding an appropriate amount of compatibilizer can increase the compatibility of blend. It solves the problems of delamination, peeling on the surface, and low product strength that are easily generated during the injection molding and extrusion processing of the blend.
Toughener Series
Toughener is a class of additives that reduce the brittleness of composites and improve their impact strength. The primary function of tougheners is to enhance the toughness and impact strength of materials or products. Usually, a good toughener is an elastomer plus a graft-compatible system, which can transmit energy more efficiently, improve the toughening effect, and have strong polarity, avoiding the adverse effects of ordinary elastomers on material strength and modulus.
